Q: How do I place my order?
PLACING ORDER
1. Add item to your cart.
2. Continue to checkout by selecting one of the following options:
a) USE GUEST CHECK OUT
b) SIGN IN & CHECK OUT
c) REGISTER & CHECK OUT
3. Input your shipping address, email address and phone number and click “Continue”.
4. Verify information.
5. Click send order to receive your confirmation order number.
Once your order has successfully been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order.

ORDER WITH VOUCHER COUPON
1. Add item to your cart.
2. Continue to checkout by selecting one of the following options:
a) USE GUEST CHECK OUT
b) SIGN IN & CHECK OUT
c) REGISTER & CHECK OUT
3. Scroll down to section “Other Information”.
4. Enter coupon code in appropriate field and click “Apply”.
**Once Coupon has been applied the Total Cost will be reduced.**
5. Input your shipping address, email address and phone number and click “Continue”.
6. Verify information.
7. Click send order to receive your confirmation order number.
Once your order has successfully been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order.
Q: Can I use more than 1 voucher coupon?
What if shipping is included with my voucher coupon?
VOUCHER COUPONS
• Only 1 voucher coupon can be applied per order.
• If you have purchased multiple voucher coupons, please place separate orders using 1 voucher code per order.
• If shipping is included with your voucher coupon, you will not be charged for shipping and your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. The shipping fee is only included for items with the same value as the coupon.
• EXAMPLE: If you have purchased a coupon for the value of $70.00, you must order an item with the value of less or equal to $70.00 to receive free shipping. If you use your coupon toward an item that is a higher value, a shipping charge will be applied.
• Please note: All orders placed with a higher value than the coupon value will incur a shipping fee.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
• When placing your order with us, you may select from three shipping options: USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. Specific fees apply to each of these options.
• Selecting an expedited shipping option such as: Priority Mail or Express Mail will expedite the shipping of your order once the order has been shipped. Please note: Regular availability and production times for your order will still apply. Expedited shipping only applies once the order is ready to ship.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for your order.
Returns/Exchanges/Repairs
100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases at ShopOnlineDeals. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you purchased, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Returns after 30 days cannot be processed for a full refund. As part of the warranty, all repairs or replacement orders can be made within 30 days of the purchase.

RETURN INFORMATION
We do not require a return authorization number but you must follow these guidelines.
Returned items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets*.
Your return package should include the packing slip (or a copy) & the reason for your return. (A note with your full name/address/phone/order # is also acceptable.)
Wrap the package securely & mail it to the address listed below (also on your packing slip).
For your protection, expensive items should be returned via an insured, trackable carrier.
You must include your packing slip or order number to receive credit.

REFUNDS
ORDERS PLACED WITH VOUCHER COUPON
Refunds for orders placed with voucher coupons are processed through the voucher company.
Once the order has been returned and received at the office of ShopOnlineDeals, we will notify the voucher company to administer the refund.
The voucher company is authorized to administer a refund ONLY and UNTIL they receive confirmation from a representative at ShopOnlineDeals that the order has been successfully returned back to us.
• Refunds generally require 10 days to fully process once the voucher company receives authorization from ShopOnlineDeals.
ORDERS PLACED WITHOUT VOUCHER COUPONS
Refunds for orders placed without voucher coupons are processed through ShopOnlineDeals.
Refunds are processed once the orders have been returned and received back to the office of ShopOnlineDeals. Please allow 10-14 days after the returned item has been received for a refund to be fully processed.
Q: How do I return my order for an exchange or replacement order?
REPAIR / REPLACEMENT ORDERS
As part of our 100% Satisfaction requirement, we are happy to create replacement orders for you within 30 days of the purchase order date. To receive a replacement order, please send the original order back to us with your order number and a note explaining your situation. Please be sure to include all necessary details for your replacement order.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
The email order confirmation you receive after placing an order with us confirms that our system has received your order. The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our website, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
